Through our work with Mission Squared, we have developed a great sense of alignment and a common way to operate with each other, two great challenges in leading people. We saw the benefit with our senior leadership team and offered this opportunity to all leaders in our organization. After our work with Mission Squared to implement the principles of a high-performance organization, anonymous complaints about managers have dropped to near zero.
