Laura has become known for being a ‘turnaround leader’ specializing in revitalizing organizations and businesses during times of transition and struggle. She brings her operational acumen and strong ethics to executive leadership roles in a variety of industries and sectors. Laura recently chaired the local professional association for non-profit executives and was nominated in 2017 for an Austin Under 40 award in the category of executive leadership and in 2018 for Mentor of the Year.
Laura was the 2020 recipient of the McLester Champion of Recovery award. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Social Work. Laura is intensely passionate about supporting the growth of advancing leaders and fellow executives, and brings her business savvy and deep understanding of organizational psychology to bear as she supports clients to greater levels of success.
Anna Kullmar

Helping individuals, teams, and organizations live to their potential is Anna’s sweet spot and drive. She has been in consulting and development for over eight years and worked with a variety of organizations from international NGOs and Fortune 500 companies to your local, small businesses in both the public and private sectors. Her project experience has equipped her with a strong skillset in strategic planning, client management, project management, and organizational development.
Anna became certified in PAIRIN in 2019 and serves as our in-house “PAIRINologist.” At Mission Squared we use this for our individual coaching, team development, and hiring services.
