About our 6 Month
EQ² Leadership Transformation Residency
Our program consists of a group of professionals or leaders who meet 1 time per month for 2 hours. We work on various leadership and personal development topics. It often includes facilitated discussions, peer learning, and goal-setting.
Our program is six months long.
Topics include leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication skills, conflict resolution, and personal growth.
One time per month for 6 months
Members have access to additional resources, such as reading materials, assessments, and 1:1 coaching or mentoring sessions with program facilitators or experts in the field. These resources can enhance their learning and development outside of regular cohort meetings.
